DevOps katas
A kata is a stylized martial arts routine that is practiced over and over again until it becomes second nature, like a reflex. We can borrow this training concept to improve other parts of life. For example, in software development, we want to focus on interesting design questions, but often find ourselves distracted by fighting random IT problems. In such cases it helps if basic tasks can be performed effortlessly.
An example of a kata like thing is choosing your most used passwords so that you can type them without thinking. Or that you learn the keyboard shortcuts of the tools you use most often.
